These terms govern the sale of products offered on the Suavia website.

However, slight variations may occur that do not affect the functionality of the product.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include applicable taxes where relevant.
Suavia reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but products will be charged at the rate in effect at the time of order.
5. Order
The customer places an order through the website.
Confirming the order implies acceptance of these terms.
6. Payment
Payment is made securely through third-party providers such as Stripe.
We do not store bank details.
7. Shipping
Estimated delivery time is 4 to 8 business days.
This timeframe may vary depending on the destination or external circumstances.
Suavia is not responsible for delays attributable to the shipping carrier.
8. Right of withdrawal
The customer has 99 calendar days from receipt of their order to request a return, in line with our 99-day satisfaction guarantee.
9. Returns
Returns are subject to the following conditions:
- The product must be unused
- It must be in its original packaging
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
10. Defective products
If a defective or damaged product is received, the customer may choose between:
- A full refund
- A free replacement
11. Refunds
Refunds will be processed once the returned product has been received and inspected.
The amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Suavia shall not be liable for any indirect damage arising from the use of the product.
